An AI-powered web builder and template system. I built the full stack: frontend, backend, APIs, auth, and database layers, with a focus on modern UI, speed, and an architecture that could scale. Later exited the project.
Building the whole stack alone forces a kind of honesty about scope. Every feature had to justify its maintenance cost, which turned out to be the best design constraint I have worked under.
The template system was the piece worth keeping. Templates compose from the same primitives the builder emits, so anything a user makes by hand can become a template without a translation step.
Everything else: earlier roles, shorter engagements, and the projects that never got a case study.
